Condominium Community
White Oak Village is Georgetown, Kentucky’s only 55+ condominium community. Located only one mile from downtown on former farmland near the Elkhorn Creek. It is convenient to Georgetown, Frankfort and Lexington.
The Clubhouse is where monthly potluck dinners are held. Other social events such as cardio exercise, game days, mahjongg, painting with water colors and more take place at the Clubhouse.
The Association dues cover community expenses including exterior insurance and maintenance, water, sewer, trash and recycling, landscaping, snow removal and more.

Active seniors 55+ enjoy living in The White Oak Village Condominum Community in Georgetown, Kentucky. A typical day will see neighbors walking throughout the neighborhood. Others enjoy participating in the cardio exercise group at the Clubhouse while others gather to play boardgames, visit or attend the potluck dinners.
